Anyone with Scarab 26 can confirm they have two hatches on floor?

A surveyor reviewed my boat for a buyer, and it's a '96 Scarab 26.

He found one so-called major issue:

He claims the second, aft hatch on the cockpit floor is not stock and was put it to dry...

I need to re-power my Scarab (502 Magnum, EFI/MP, 1996)

Title says it all.

Exhaust components, Livorsi gauges, water pump and Bravo 1 upper are all new. Lower in good shape. Have a 23 and 25p Mirage prop to choose from.

Basic Mirage has no cupping. The 23p w/out cupping is giving up some bite and slipping more.

I'd think a 23p Mirage PLUS is the answer.
