There are 10 nuts on studs. The front 2 and the back two are shorter studs and are higher up. Had to change mine twice this year.

If it worked before you changed the seperator, the problem probably is with the seperator or something it seals on.Take the fuel seperator off again and check that you do not have two gaskets on it....

The boat's circuit breakers read the dock ground fault as a short and trip the breakers on the boat. Try it without a ground fault and you will verify this.

You can not use a ground fault breaker at the house power panel or on the receptical that the power cord plugs to the dock. That will trip the breaker, much like a rv. I'm betting you a ground...

Change the breaker. Use a new breaker, it probably is ok without any load but trips under a load. If the is not the problem you have to meter the line for a break or short.

Could be a weak fuel pump or blocked hose/filter. Being that the problem is the same as before the engine work, I would check all parts that were not replaced, starting with the fuel system.
