You have the new style switches made by Bennett. Their number is 954-427-1400.

You have the old style switch made by Honeywell. They have replaceable buttons...

What year is your 382? There was a change in switch manufacturers around 2001. The earlier ones had caps that pop off the rocker, the newer ones do not. If you have the older style, I can give you...
