Good luck. Offshoredrillin said he got his back in 2 days; mines been gone over two weeks. I call and email every couple of days, supposedly it was shipped, then it will be shipped, then no answer....

Looks like PL Porter got swallowed up by Crane Areospace and they moved to Burbank, CA. New number is 818 526-2600. Waiting for them to call me back ...

I didn't want to take it apart - I just want to remove the whole thing from the seat frame so I can inspect it without laying on my back on the floor. My button and cable are both clean and move...
