i SPOKED to a former Sonic employee - Freddie and he told me who the manufacturer is: Custom Marine Inc. out of wisconsin - and yes they had the part!

I hope Sonic gets their act together and...

Thanks, but I've ruled out Cosca, Gil, Mercury exhaust systems. This is very strange, but Sonic isn't returning phone calls! There is not that many manufacturers that make this type of silent...
