I have a 2004 31 SS with 496 HO's and standard mercury exhaust with mufflers/ silent choice option installed by Sonic. The Selenoid froze up on me over the winter and now I'm looking for a replacement part. I sent it to Joe for delivery on Monday and several phone calls later - no returned calls or communication.
Question: Does anyone know who manufactures this part? There is a part number on the part but no manufacturer name?

You may want to call Corsa directly because I think they have a 3 year warrnaty on these parts. I had one go on me last year and they sent a replacement out to me no charge. Good luck.

Thanks, but I've ruled out Cosca, Gil, Mercury exhaust systems. This is very strange, but Sonic isn't returning phone calls! There is not that many manufacturers that make this type of silent choice exhaust system - which is air pump driven - not electric!
Any recommendations would be appreciated!

i SPOKED to a former Sonic employee - Freddie and he told me who the manufacturer is: Custom Marine Inc. out of wisconsin - and yes they had the part!
I hope Sonic gets their act together and start doing some customer service again!

Sorry for the wrong info. I thought you had Silent Choice, not switchable mufflers. CMI are get to deal with. I had a header on or 2001 358 with 500efi's crack in a place that I thought it couldn't, spoke to Randy and sent it to them. They said they would see if they could fix it and then pressure test for more leaks. They sent me a NEW header. They warrantied the header after 3 years of use. CMI also sent the new header to me over night so I could get back on the water. Mercury said pound salt it's over a year old.
