I also thought about that but don't have a notched Bullet here to measure and compare. It's a bit risky to just cut a piece out... :-/

I forgot to mention: we have to run with closed exhaust systems over here. What do you think about -2 or -3 inch shorties to get more speed? This Bullet doesn't have the notch.

Thanks for your update, Wayne. We tested the same equipment as mentioned above today but Bravo 1 with 26 pitch lab finished (4 blades) prop instead of the 28 lab finished. We couldn't believe it:...

We tried with 28pitch lab finished props, Bravo 1 drive, +590hp and couldn't get more than 4500-4600 rpm. That made around 68 mph... We now limited the rpm's to 4200 for running the engine in only....
