I'd say you are under rpm anywhere from 500 to 700 or 800 rpm. These last rpm will really give you some speed! second thing, if I were you, I'd try some other props. And yes, maybe even other 21...

my engines reved 5200 according to my engine...

my engines reved 5200 according to my engine builder when he redid them. I was spinning mirage 21 with 1.5 drive. you could try 19, but I'm surprised it spins just 4400...
