Ian,I know its a 43 ft bt,but do you ever get into rough water where you have to run on plane real slow,my boat was miserable at boyne thunder when I was trying to do exactly that around 2800-3200...

Sounds like you could possibly fine tune it now with a set of 1/2 inch or 1 inch drive spacers or 5 blade props unless you don't mind the staying on plane issue and there are no other side...

I was going to put a 2 inch shortie on my 272 baja but chose to install a stellings ext box instead in the 1 inch raised position. Results so far are as follows: Boat lost a solid 2.5 mph,porpoises...
