502 mpis, year 2000, serpertine belt, new fuel pumps, running in boat, but need valve jobs. Mercruiser long blocks 250 hrs. Have rect from 6/13.
Total hours 580.

been through this....same motors ....thousands...

been through this....same motors ....thousands later, so back flush your cooling. Believe me , there is crap inside one or all of your coolers. Also, check your risers. My guess is that they are o.k....

what is water pressure???? I have just been through this and thousands later it was my emi risers clearance too tight. I have put on glm aluminum exhaust and solved the problemos!!!!
