All you CIGARETTE owners and Offshore Fans, if you have never been to Phil's Lip-Ship Performance , it is certainly an item to put on your bucket list ! I am sure glad I had the opportunity to spend some time with Phil discussing the 'Good Old Days" of racing !

Phil's office is like an Offshore Museum. That goes for the shop as well !

You will all certainly love the history in this place !!! :drink:
