Cost: Cover charge to get in the party will be $TBD (soon). This will cover pool tables, facility, servers, event costs, door prize tickets and appetizers (enough to fill up on).

Dinners and cash bar will your own responsibility, (if I tried to include this it would get too expensive and un-proportionate).

The hotel has a garage which may/may not fit some of our trucks.
They also have a surface lot adjacent to the hotel.
The hotel has an indoor heated swimming pool, so bring your swimsuits.






For some of you, this will be a haul, but this will be ABSOLUTELY worth the effort. This party planning gets very sticky, and especially so with such a widespread crowd.

Remember, I am not doing this for a profit.

Any leftover cash will be used to defer the costs of any more food, and anything above that will be donated to a fitting charity. Please don't complain about the cover charge. This is not a lot of money for what you are getting. There will be giveaways/door prizes and other incentives, (see below).

I will personally cover up to $100 in drinks for the 3 farthest traveled OSO members. The distance traveled will be verified via driving mileage as calculated by www.yahoo.com website from your home address to the address of the Richbrau listed above.

Richmond International Airport is only 15 minutes away; serviced by www.jetblue.com and most major carriers.

Norfolk International Airport is less than 60 minutes away; serviced by www.southwest.com and most major carriers.

We will be renting this indoor Pro-Karting facility for 2 hours. There will only be 60 racers. Cost will be $30 per racer.
-There will be no drinking of alcohol before or during this event. You must be sober to race.
-Racers will need to be on time AND need to drive/race responsibly. Variances on either will cut into other racers’ race times.
-You MUST RSVP with the FULL NAME of each racer.
-This event is open for Racers aged 16 and up. Ladies are ENCOURAGED to race as well. There is also plenty of spectator space.

as long as the wrox is there i'm there. had a great time last year brian .and and prev ious years. i like the richerad bower brewy if we could get the band there , it would be out of this world . it doint matter to me where ever you have it i'll be there . sign me up . robbie ..
