Any information as to who Gregg Rozen is from Kingston, Ontario Canada in Superboat Unlimited? Is this a Canadian boat and does he own it?

Its the old Bacardi/Bud 46 Skater. I think he owns it and Rick M from Aquamania is running it with him.
