Anybody work at nextel in the records dept??? tripps

Good fking luck! I like the phone service, but their customer service sucks! The worse I've ever dealt with.

Why Sinko?

They are a nightmare.........
Not sure what you are trying to do but I registered on their website and it gives quite a bit of information. You manage most functions of the phones , forward, change, correct names ect. You can also get details on usage, numbers called, and sort detals by number.
Ill do anything I can not to speak to them or should I say be put on hold for three hours.
