Torco race fuel concentrate???

Torco race fuel concentrate???
Anyone have experience w/ this product? Talked to a guy there and he says it takes about 1qt per 33gal of 89 to make 93octane. Ther is no 93 anywhere close to me on the water and this seems to be pretty reasonable if you buy in quanity.
