Removing the cocpit floor of a boat that was rigged for O/B and re-doing with added engine compartment bulkhead. Any advice on techniques, propper glass materials etc?

I do not totally understand what you are talking about?
Make sure you use marine grade plywood or foam....
I would use either Vinnilester or epoxy resin. It is a lot of work. You can go to the tech q&a area and look for Stringer replacement Formula 302.

i tend to think that if youa re askign those kinda question the project might be a little out of your league. Start with smaller glass projects and work your way up.
