Forgive my ignorance. Does the 525SC come as a supercharged motor? Or is there a blower add-on after the fact?

I might just add a blower in a couple o' years.

TTW is refering to the older model Mercury Racing 525SC which was a 454 block with a roots supercharger on top.

The newer 525EFI is a fuel injected motor that Whipple and Pro-Charger offer packages for.

I have the intake manifold for 1/2 of the superchager and the housing. Brand spanking new. How-ever, no guts in the Supercharger. Call me if interested LT 262-206-7068 or 262-827-8827

The 525SC is factory SC'd 454ci. No longer in production, but a great engine.

Yep, Weiand 177 not sold by holley.
Try Jegs or summit. They're not blue, but the price is a lot better.
