I'm upgrading a Alpha I gen one to a Alpha I Gen Two. The things I knoe I need to change are:
Outdrive
Complete gimble housing outside
Inner plate

What else will i need to change?

Shift plate
Exhaust "Y"
Coupler housing
Hyd. steering cyl.

Also I think the hole paterns the same, is this right

you are correct the only thing that you will need to add that you didnt mention is a drive res bottle

Sorry 410-885-5656 Just Noticed My Mistake

If you do the swap, make sure the speedo hole in the new transom assembly has a plug in it. Would hate to see you hose your engine bay down with salt water. Unless your going to use it.
