I read that where I bought here in Volusia County rose an average of 36% last year. And I stole the house to begin with.

A friend of mine moved there 3 years ago,and started buying property,I think he owns half of Lee county.

I'am kicking myself also for not going in on some with him. Baby boomers are going to be moving in like crazy. I think they just put 350 million into the airport.

Maybe its a good place to start up a general contracting co. ?

Our Townhouse has double in value in less then two years.
1500 sq ft 2 1/2 baths and 1car enclose garage sitting on 100 ft canal. Swimming pool and low maintenance fee and only 7 other owners to deal with. Can't get any better.

I would love to but I am in ny, buying selling and building properties up here, However I still kept my place in cape coral, I had 2 already sold one, I am kicking my self now, I only made 60k on it, if I waited I coulda cashed in!!!!!, currently I still have a 3200sq ft duplex with great access to the river a 10k lb covered boat lift, a jet ski lift and sI only payed 350k for it.
