I purchased two building lots last year (April 2004) in Burnt Store Village (Just north of Cape Coral) for $24,000 and $26,000, they are now selling for 65,to $75,000 THEE BEST Investment I've ever made!!

Glad I finally put the money out for a canal rancher with a lift /dock 18 mo ago. But....I screwed around for 15 years looking at property down there! The best and worst decisions of my life 
Now I have to force myself to stay up north and work. Everytime you go down it gets tougher and tougher to leave
