I have a 91 scarab excel 21 ft 3800 lb dry weight single 330/454 Stainless Marine Manifolds and a larger arrester. I currently have a best cruise of 48.2 at 35-3600 and a top end of 62.8 at 46-4700. I currently have a 23 mirage HEAVILY cupped a small amount of pitch added in the middle of the blades and the leading edges slightly thinned and polished. What direction should I go Mirage plus or what I was thinking is a 24 b1 labbed. I know it is a tough question but I and trying to raise criuse and top end. Out the hole is not extremly important. I am going to keep this engine while the budget being saved up for a different engine. Also in the process of trying to tune every last hp I can find in this engine so i believe I will be able to get another 100-200 rpm maybe out of this engine. Almost forgot bravo 1 outdrive 1.5. Any suggestion would be great thanks.

Before dialing in your propeller you will need to complete the motor upgrades, the propellers are the last thing you do when dialing in your boat. For top end I would suggest that begin with a Mirage Plus. The 4B Bravo I will be a bit slower on top than the 3B propeller.

The mods I am doing are jetting and timing nothing that is going to be a great increase I am currently at 4650rpm roughly I want to be 46-4800. the most I except is a 100 rpm increase It is real close to correct now I just have to always tinker with things Thank you for any help

Is your motor the Mag?
Is it carborated or fuel injected?
