how can you see who owns a boat if all you have is the registration #s, it a florida boat

I've tried, they cant give personal info out. They can tell you if it has a lean on it or about the boat though.

What was the name on the transom if it is Coast Guard Documented you can get all the information...

Great info !

Most states allow you to fill out a form and you can get information for a slight fee. Some states will give you a phone number but no address or vis versa.

That good stuff, but it says that the database is only current as of Decemeber 4, 2004 I am not in there and I USCG registered December '05 Maybe a good thing???!
