I would say that the building business is going to be great, if you can put up shutters, windows , screens, you can make lots of money.

Thats the problem, I can't qualify for the license due to lack of experience in industry. Looks like laws are doing their job keeping people who haven't been making their living off a particular aspect of construction out of business
