My Mom and sister just got out of Pompano today!! Made they're way to Orlando. Hope all is well with Jay.

I have heard about the damage in Ft. Lauderdale, but how is Pompano?

Mom and sister's Hotel faired ok, the hotels on each side of them had the windows blown out. Glass and debris everywhere. They are ok now in Orlando.

He,'s not at walmart, i am surfing oso, number 20 in line, opens in 45 mins, some power starting to come on powerline road, i counted 1 traffic light working and 6 gas stations open, long lines.

Most of S. Florida is still without power, water and phone lines.

The damage to trees and power lines is extensive in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Pompano is in Broward where Jay Ross and Suzanne live.

I will try to contact them today somehow and let you know.
