Does anyone have a easier way of getting in contact with them. Been trying all week and still no answer or response.I have a bad fuel pump that didnt even last 15 min and need to get it taken care of.

The SEMA show is going on in Vegas. I am sure Doug (RumRunner) and most of BG's tech people are out there so I would expect a long delay this week and the first of next before they get back to you. I will say this they are good about taking care of product issues quickly.

Most likely RumRunner is at the boat show or somewhere near it !! Give him a few more days.

If you'll send the pump directly back to us with a copy of your receipt, return address, and daytime phone number we can get it taken care of.
