Here are PDF files of the two pages in the TRS manual regarding X dimension. There are few esntences that are blured. If you can't get the data you need I'll try and scan again but I think I've gotten allI can get out fo an $89 scanner.
Hope this helps with another defenition of X dimension.

Thanks for the info. The first page at the top is hard to read but it will work.

I tried to scan that a couple of times the make it more readable but the manual is 20 years old and I guess that paper againg wonlt let it scan. Glad it was helpful. Restores my faith in my save everything/find nothing filing system.
