Whos white MTI Chevy dually passed me in LOTO tonight?

I was creeping north on 44 in my rig and this 04'? Chevy dually with an MTI sticker on the rear window drove by we were about 20 miles south of Rolla around mile marker 160. Whos was it, it's gotta be one of the gang.
