You know Fred, that is really not right pimping your daughter like that

Hey, I just might be moving down your way by the summer........... Don't get the wrong idea. Not because of your daughter or anything.
I'm going to be leaving the North East for the south. And I am looking hard at South Carolina

C'mon down. I don't think you'll miss New York winters.
I'll give my daughter ample notice to lock the doors.

And my son is only 13
It's not even the winters that bother me. It's the taxes.

Gary C, come on down but don't do it because of the taxes. Do it because you WANT to live here because we have a little thing called property tax. They just doubled. Averages;$400000 house $6000 in taxes. $100000 boat $4000. $40000 car $1700. If we could get a increase in a sales tax, get rid of property tax, this WOULD be the best place to live. Dang politicians, they suck. Then again you could always rent.
