I have a pair of 4" GGB inserts, which are for 4" I.D. tubes. They were in my Stellngs for 10 hrs.
Great mufflers, they dropped the decibels by 10+, but I needed more to be legal. Cost was $600+, I'll give you a good deal, PM me if you’re interested.

Fred, are you talking $149 each or $149 for a set of two? When GGB quotes these things they say per pair, but in their world that means each or $298 total per engine.

What is the length of the ones you have? Mine are about 10".

I bought the slip in silencers offered by Eddie Marine through Fred at Trick Marine. I am happy with them on a twin 496HO application. I don't know the decible drop, but it is definately significant. No real peformance loss; maybe 1 mph. I bought them with the intent to only install when running on Smith Mountain Lake where noise is becoming an issue. I kinda like them now and never took them out.

I've got a pair that look like the picture posted by CPPerformance. I bought them from Rex Marine for $99 and used them one season on my stock 454. I'll sell them for $25 plus whatever it costs to ship to you. PM me if you'd like them. They knock the sound down but weren't quiet enough for my upgraded motor.
