I am sure you would like to get rid of everything at once, however I do have interest in a lift. Having a condo built myself over at Millstone to be completed April/May and need to get something.

My neighbor lives in one of those Ledges, (it faces the main channel) but I get those places confused even though I have spent many a weekend there. For anyone considering something at LOTO this is a good place IMO. Your close to the Shootout, its centrally located to everything. Good luck on the sale and PM me about your hoist if you desire.
