Bravo shifting ??
#1
My drive seems to shift into forward normally. When I shift into reverse there seems to be a second or two delay between the shift and when the gears engage. Anybody ever have this problem?

Thanks guys, hopefully it's the cable. How hard is it to adjust? I noticed too when I drained the gear oil at the end of the season this year it was REAL stinky and a little darker than usual. The drive has over 600 hours on it with plenty of flight time.

If I were you it would probobly be a good idea to dissasemble and check the bearings and gears my guess is that the gears are pitted and the bearing are prob pretty well warn along with the cone clutch, it all adds up to a drive problem.. and in the future you may want to concider changing the drive lube a little more often.....
