I guess the Tour Boat Company has representation from the Insurance co.? I noticed the same thing in some of the different articles.

Article says MA is attorney for Shoreline (the tour company). Most states require Ins. companies to pay into a state fund that gets used when an insurance company goes out of business. Not sure if "scams", are intended to be covered the same way. Symapthies to those affected and good luck to all involved.
