do you need to change jets with a 1" hvh spacer?

According to the guys at HVH you generally have to go down a size or two. The Super Sucker smoothes the flow of air and increases the signal to the carb.

Since the HVH design increases the air velocity, it should pull more fuel. If the engine was tuned properly before you should be richer with the HVH Spacer, so you may need to go down a jets size or two.

I had to jet down a few sizes after I installed mine, but these were put on FRESH motors with better heads.
