Was there any twin 24's out there. If there was t\did they need a beefed up transom??

There are a lot of 24s with twin outboards out there but I don't believe the boat was really designed for twins.
So yes, most with twins have transom mods of some sort.
JC told me they handle much better with a single engine.
I'd believe the maker...

I have seen twin 200's but has anyone gone with 250's or 300'S ?
Must be a hand full to drive.

I knew of an older real clean 24 w/ twins mercs last yr.
could still be for sale. Let me know if you want more info.
