Can someone tell me which oil line is the supply and return on the Mark IV with the remote filter adapter?

Is it the one towards the front on the engine or the one on the side of the adapter?

I tried to load a picture but, I failed.

The one facing the front of the engine is the return. The one facing the side towards the rear is the "out".

Thanks for your help. That's how I thought it was but, I wanted to make sure before I did it backwards.

Yes you're correct it is marked on the remote but, you never know if the last guy routed it backwards.

And on the filter pad, the oil goes in the outside and out the inside. damn, thats hard to say

Did you have the oil cooler off because of a rebuild?

No, I'm installing an oil t-stat.

Interesting, for a stock cooler.
