Hose and fitting for Gaffrig Mufflers

Ok, besides the obvious (going to Gaffrig), does anyone know where to get the poly hose and fittings for Gaffrig Air-Actuated mufflers?

I bought the parts from McMaster-Carr. The cylinders are Bimba cylinders and can be bought there also.

Thanks for the info, McMaster is about 40 min away from my house.
