Default Cockpit Carpet Help Needed

I am replacing the carpet in my cockpit. I have the template and went to R and R to see what they have and just got confused by all the choices. Color is not a problem, but what does the factory use, 20, 30, or 40 ounce product? I will make my own cuts and have it edged, so I don't need to use the Snap in carpet folks, I just need to know what is the best/preferred carpet.

Thanks
Shawn

R&R 40oz. I put it in my last boat and was VERY happy with the product. Its quality and weight was so perfect that I did not have to install snaps when I received it. It sat perfectly in the cabin and cockpit.

Ask them to make any remnants from your cut into dock and entrance mats for you. They will do it free or cheap.

Make sure you check out the AQUALOK backing whichever carpet you get. R&R is great outfit too.
