Default Ron Hill propellers

Has anyone tried Ron Hills 5 blade props? They are very atractively priced.

Based on the specs of the prop I would envision it is more of a replacement for the Mercury High 5 than a high performance prop. The Ron Hill props we have seen have weld on blades. I don't have any personal experience with their 5 blade props, however.

I would stay away form them.
I bought a used set of four blade cleversthat were "Like New". I spent as much with Matt and Julie strieghtnting them as I did on the props. Ron Hill is impossible to get a hold of. I gave up trying after a month of V/M
Stick with Merc IMO

I believe Ron Hill was partners with Joel Bronson who retained the company name, Bronson Hill. Ron is Hill Propellors.

I don't have personal knowledge just what I've heard and I haven't heard anything good. Joel Bronson however, seems to continue to have a great following and very good feedback.
