I saw a 260 or 280 coming out of the water at Lk Monroe yesterday as I was coming in, but I store my boat at Adult Toy Storage and when I went to pick mine up, I saw a yellow 280 with some crazy graphics. It had a big Konrad outdrive sticking out of the back leading me to believe there's some serious business going on in there. Anybody here wants to own up to that evil creation???

that's Loren Wadsworth vr-1. It has an Innovation 800 hp motor in it.

I also saw it, I was out wandering around on the bike while they were loading it up....sweet ride..

I figured there had to be some testicles with a drive of that size. I took a look under the boat at the hull, that must be one "interesting" ride on that pad at speed. With that kind of power, I'm guessing that's a 100 plus machine easy, maybe 110 in optimum conditions. Anybody know?

I think so, I just found the pic over at partyboating.com and really liked the shot. I think one of the AMF racing guys pointed that out, Bruce I believe. I really don't know most of the racers' names right now, I was out of it for 14 years before I bought my first boat again in 04 so I just used the photo because I really liked the shot. It led some to believe that I was actually buying the boat. Probably time for a new avatar, wouldn't mind getting a good shot of mine flying.Here's the original with another killer airshot from the side.
