Can anyone make changes to the Merc-Racing ICM for the carbed HP500? Is there another ICM from another package (such as the 600sci?) that would have a higher rev-limiter and more timing advance?
Is it possible to buy a re-mapped version or an exchange for this ICM?

I did away with the merc ICM and have a crane box on mine now. I can set the rev and advance with a screw driver.

Is this a simple Plug-n-Play using the original knock module, coil and distributor?

I am using the stock distributor and a crane coil. I don't have the knock sensor hooked up right now but believe you can hook up the stock one or there was a optional one from crane. I hope to make it out to Perry Sat. if all my parts show up tomorrow. I will be home all day tomorrow if you want to stop by and see the setup. Here is the link for my coil.
