Default Mitcher T..... Class act in the boating industry

After all my troubles this winter with the boat,, I was speaking with a fellow Sunsation owner and she told me that Mitch could make me a bottle of touch-up paint for my nicked fairing. I sent Mitch an e-mail with the paint code I needed and asked how I could go about getting one,,,, Trisha told me to just give her a shipping address and she would take care of it,,, 3 days later the package arrived in the mail, surprise surprise, not only did she send me the bottle of touch-up for free, but every single color on the entire boat... I certainly didn't expect anything for free and would have gladly paid for the single bottle and shipping I needed, to receive all 8 or so was just amazing.... Way to go Mitch, people in this industry should follow your lead.... Thanks again Chris

Chris,

Glad to hear that you called! They truly are great people up there. I've actually talked to Mitch a couple of times and what a stand up guy. The lengths that he was willing to go through to help us with our situation when we picked up the boat from that jerk dealer that we dealt with was unbelievable. The problem really wasn't his fault, it was HERS, but he was willing to fix it and even fly to us to reshoot the boat if he had too or give us money back! I felt so bad with the way the situation was handled that I had to call and apologize to him!He offered to come pick me up in Port Huron, Michigan when I was up there for work, and take me to Smoke on the Water with him! I still kick myself for not going! But I am not sure that Jimmy would have liked that very much!

Mitch is a great guy. I met him last year at the Chicago Poker Run. He was very friendly and seemed be very down to earth. More times than not you find that in most Michiganders!

I met Mitch in Miami a few years ago, not only is he one of the best in the business, he's one of the best people you'll ever meet.
