Thumbs down dont let this happen to you

my son swam to the back of my friends sonic (proman) and kicked his foot into the lab finished prop <the boat was not running and the drives were down> it cut him really bad on the top of his left foot and we are going to see an orthopedic surgeon this morning to reattach the tendons going to his big toe. we allways tell the kids to watch out for the props, but you know kids, they get caught up in seeing their friends and playing. this is just to remind everyone out there keep telling the kids to watch out. I dont want this to happen to anyone else.

I always figured that if I have kids swimming around my boat that I will perhaps keep a set of prop covers and just put them on. Just a thought.

He should be just fine. On the subject matter of props in the water, is their anything you can buy to put over them to keep from getting cut?

I hope he recovers quickly. I tell my kids at least a dozen times on each outing about getting too close to the prop.
