Default Stainless marine plumbing

I'm posting for a friend who isn't near a computer. He is using Stainless marine manifolds onhis motors with crossovers. He is asking what to do with the extra water fitting on the manifolds?

I'm back now, thanks cfd12. We put the hose on the front inlet and capped the rear. Is that the right way?
Thanks

I was informed by SM to feed the lower fitting the furthest away from the top outlet (manifold to risor hose). So front lower would be capped, and rear lower would be the inlet.
Keeps an even flow threw the manifolds, not just the front.
