Any feedback regarding who provides the best service and rates for performance boats?

I just switched to Nationwide. Less than half the price of my old carrier, better coverage (no layup period, coverage in more areas, etc)

I have used State Farm for the last 18 years. I currently pay $385/yr for a '01 Sunsation Aggressor.

I just talked to my local State farm agent that I have been with since 1990, and he said that State Farm will NOT WRITE ANYMORE BOAT POLCIES on Merritt Island!!! I was calling about a quote for a little Seadoo jet boat, called my present insurance co., Progressive, (Thanks again Bob Luellen @ world wide marine insurance) and got a quote over the phone, and a multi-boat discount in FL also!
Told state farm I would be moving our (4) auto insurance to Progressive also, SCREW STATE FARM!

I have Liberty Mutual for house, cars and boat. They are cheaper than Progressive, who I switched from for everything. My 342 costs me $1200 a year.

I take back everything nice I said about Nationwide. I got a cancellation notice from them yesterday - after only 3 months. Nothing has changed - no claims or anything. They're pulling some kind of BS. I hope TD will take me back..
