Before you put your hard earned money on the line you should consider having a marine survey done.
Seems that a guy from Andover, Ohio was recently at a poker run up on Lake Erie bragging up a storm about the 35' Fountain he purchased in Minnesota with no motors and drives. As it turns out the Fountain he bought was a salvage hull that had been sunk and submerged. The hull had a gaping hole in it on the starboard side and a prior owner had it repaired in Canada. The transom was sealed up wet inside and 572's were slapped in it. Seemed to me that this guy was happy cutting corners to run with the big dogs and above all he said when he sells, he wants top dollar for his underwater sea runner... Now ain't that a bargain???????
