All I got to say is that boat is Bad A$$!!!!!!!!!! I was not lucky enough to get a ride that day but saw the boat in action and it is MEAN!!!!!!!!!!

That is about as professional as you can get. 
It not only covers their azz on possiblie liabilities, but also teaches new as well as seasoned guys possibly different approaches to safe boating. Im all for it. Again great thinking. Jeff
