I am new to power boating i am in the process of making a deal on a 06 35zr with a aluminium myco trailer for about 280000.00 it is a demo and has 15hrs on it what do you think.

kenny, this is way high from the shopping i have been doing. i just sold a 38zx and have been shopping heavy and are quoted less than that for the 38zr. you may want to hold off for a month or so anyway for the 2007's that are hitting the ground now. you should be getting demo prices on the one above plus a 1 year holdover price as well. unless it has big power that is way high. check the msrp or "list price" on the boat and you should pay new around .85 on the dollar of that, i.e. list of 300k= 255k purchase price. as stated above, i found a 2006 with 525's with a buy price around 250k for a 38zr. just my .02 hammer

The new 2007 35 ZR depending on equipment can range List price starting at with 496s $225,174 this is with no options and graphics. a 2007 35 ZR with 525s list is $284,159 No Options.
A 2007 38 ZR with 525s No Options No ITS and No graphics List Price is $318,153
The 2006 38 ZR if its priced at 250K has to be stripped, we cant get a 38 ZR at that price! Are you sure this is not a 2005 38ZR?

I think I changed my mind I found a 05 35 ZR with 15hrs 525's
AC, Gen. and shore power with trailer for 210000.00 perfect condition. I think i am buying it on friday.

I also need to correct myself it was a 06 38 ZR with 525's for 290000.00

IT WAS AN 06 WITH A DEMO HOURS ON IT. I THINK IT WAS AT AROUND 256K. STANDARD GRAPHICS. LIKE I SAID ABOVE THOUGH, A 2006 WITH HOURS IS A YEAR OLD BOAT NOW. HOPE HE HAS GOOD LUCK WITH THE 2005 HE FOUND. PRICE SEEMED MORE IN LINE.
