I wouldn't call them tabs
Those will create a ton of drag and scrub speed.
There ad says they create lift????????
In there own pic they are causing the stern to drag and its deeper in the water at the back.

I figured as much..
Saw it on E-bay and had a chuckle, the sales description reads like an infomercial and when I read the endorsement from the Donzi owner I thought I'd post it up.

Back in the day they sold "fixed" trim tabs. When boats are under powered they cant get fully planed off and the bow down. Thats where things like this come in, they force the bow down ALL the time. So if you have an under powered boat, I knew of a few made in the 1970's and 80's, you know a 28 cabin cruiser with a 200 horse I/O. Those tabs would be a dream come true
