Reggie Fountain just keeps raising the bar. He's competitive to say the least. Reminds me a lot of Don Aronow. I know they are two different styles and two different eras, but could you imagine those two powerhouses going head to head for titles? Just think where the sport would be now.

Both legends in the offshore high-perf world, no doubt about it. I met Reggie a couple of years ago, I wish Aronow was still around, although I would have been too young to meet him 20 yrs ago regardless. God Bless

I will admit I'm not a Reggy fan, but I will give credit where it's due. He has done more for this sport than anyone. His boats are above the stds of the industry at a reasonable price. He continually strives for bottom perfection which has increased speed=which in return sells boats=which means stock increases=Mercury benifits=has a stranglehold on the market place, great marketing scheme that has worked.
