I finally had time to pull my engine in my limted,I will be building a new one this winter.
I am hoping to gain a few MPH but more important I need planing ability, the limited is weak with a small block,I have a forged and balanced 350 coming with flat top pistons,ZZ9 Gm performance cam to use with my existing dart sportsman200 heads, dual plane inteke and 650 holley.
Hoping for 300-350 horse and 375-400 ft.lbs torque
we'll see.
I love the fact you can take out the whole back of the boat to get access easier to the engine.
I attached a pic of the engine pulling because I was surprised I was able to do it with my homemade cherry picker!!

Anyone know what stock compression should be on a 260? Mine was at 120-130 for each cylinder, seems low to me with a small cam,it seemed to have alot of blow by,new engine coming soon!
